The Two-Party Sytem is broken — but now there’s an alternative.
The American Majority Party is a new type of political party that doesn’t nominate or endorse candidates at all.
Instead it campaigns for issue-specific objectives through the use of an innovative web application called a “Future No Vote” (FNV) Campaign. From AMP’s democracy dashboard, voters can commit publicly (but anonymously) to NOT vote for ANY candidate (from any party) in the next election who doesn’t support legislation to achieve the issue objective.
This new type of FNV voting transforms our democracy in two important ways:
(a) it empowers America’s majorities, by forcing our elected representatives to act on crucial issues that a majority of Americans want to see addressed
(b) it offers an alternative to the two-party system, by giving voters a non-partisan basis for deciding who to vote for.
